When you complete a Patron form and contribute to MKK Murals, we collect:

Your email address

Your mailing address (if applicable)

Your selected contribution tier and preferences (e.g., anonymity)

All payment information (such as bank account details) is handled exclusively by Squarespace. MKK Murals does not collect or store banking credentials or credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

Process your contribution

Communicate with you about mural updates and program benefits

Acknowledge you publicly (unless you request anonymity)

Manage your preferences and fulfill the patron rewards of your chosen tier

3. How Your Data Is Stored and Protected

All form submissions are securely stored using Squarespace’s encrypted platform. We do not share your personal data with third parties. Administrative access to submissions is protected with strong passwords and 2FA.

4. Anonymity Option

If you choose to contribute anonymously, your name will not be listed on any public materials. You can request anonymity by checking the box in your contribution form or emailing us.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as needed to fulfill the purpose of the Patron Program. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
